COCONUT COVE RESORT & COMMUNITY 

The Resort is currently under design and Construction and is located on the Island of Abaco in the Bahamas only 140 miles from the coast of Florida.

The Resort when complete will divided into two phases 

The Beach Phase will consist of 1-, 2- & 3-Bedroom Cottages, Villas and Cabanas, all tastefully designed and constructed to the highest hurricane standards and providing barefoot luxury.

The Beach properties are situated on a 650ft stretch of white Caribbean sandy beach, all units are for rent, which have been priced to meet the current market demands of a typical Caribbean Island Vacation Resort and affordable to meet everyone's pocket.

In the evening enjoy the exquisite typical Caribbean Style food in local bars and restaurants.

Coconut Cove has easy access to the local airports in Marsh Harbor and Treasury Cay, and traveling around the island could not be easier.

Construction is planned to commence May 2023, with the first phase of homes ready by late December 2023 and the main resort fully complete by July 2024.


In addition to the Coconut Cove Beach Rental Community, Boutique Resorts are further developing on the opposite side of the SC Bootle Hwy a 10 acre area of open green space.
This area is currently under design and will provide buyer with the option to purchase 2- and 3-Bedroom Villas that can be designed to their own personal requirements and situated in surrounding that is located just minutes from the sandy beach and the beautiful blue waters of the Caribbean.

We welcome any enquiries from Individuals looking to have their own private Caribbean Home, in addition this can be incorporated into the Boutique Resort Rental Program in which we take care of all your rental requirements, cleaning services and maintenance of the property.
